If you continue to browse and use this website and / or enroll in any of the Biomatrix Programmes or programme modules, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern BiomatrixWeb and Biomatrix Online’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘BiomatrixWeb’, ‘Biomatrix Online’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 7 Kilountain Place, Kerikeri, 0230, New Zealand. The term ‘you’ or ‘client’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The Biomatrix Courseware consisting of video lectures, reading material, files and presentation slides are available for download and use for informational, personal and non–commercial purposes only in accordance with the Biomatrix Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights associated with any concepts, methods, methodologies, trade secrets, designs, techniques, processes, works of authorship, course materials, documentation, Biomatrix Courseware developed, created or used by BiomatrixWeb and its Licensor are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of BiomatrixWeb and its Licensor and are proprietary information of those parties. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the Biomatrix Courseware, or any copy thereof.
Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
product payment
Except as otherwise specified , (i) fees are quoted and payable in US dollars and any other currency available on the payments page (ii) fees are based per person (iii) payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable except as otherwise noted in this agreement.
Client agrees to provide Biomatrix Online Ltd. with valid credit card information. Client authorizes Biomatrix Online Ltd. to charge such credit card for all products and services under this agreement. Such charges shall be made in advance.

biomatrix service delivery
BiomatrixWeb and Biomatrix Online Ltd. will not be liable for any client loss resulting from delays in delivery or technical issues. Biomatrix Programmes and programme modules are for internal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, and/or used for commercial use by clients.
cancellation and expiration
BiomatrixWeb and Biomatrix Online Ltd. reserve the right to cancel any programme or module at its discretion. Client agrees to complete programme modules within 1 calendar month of purchase unless an alternative date has been provided by Biomatrix Online Ltd. in writing.
refund policy
Withdrawal or refund requests are subject to a 15% service charge of the total cost to cover banking fees and administrative costs. Withdrawal or refund requests must be received via email by admin@biomatrixweb.com within 48 hours of purchase.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
No refunds shall be offered where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
